  • Do not wash immediately after purchase - wait for at least 24 hours.

  • Turn printed garments inside out, use mild detergent with cold water when washing. Opt for gentle cycle when using a washing machine 
  • Avoid high heat and do not iron on print and on the zipper itself

  • Metro Manila: Our in-house rider will handle the delivery of your parcel.
  • Provincial: We use J&T Express for deliveries outside Metro Manila. Please note that this also includes certain Metro Manila areas: Navotas, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, Malabon, and Caloocan.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
Please note that this is not free. While this option appears as such at checkout, you are still responsible for arranging and paying for the courier service of your choice. It is listed as free because courier rates can vary.

    • Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan and Cavite addresses only.
    • Place your order before 4pm. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.
    • We will send you an SMS text confirming that the order is ready for pick up, at which point you may book your preferred courier.
    • Booking schedule is between Monday to Saturday, 1:30pm to 6pm. 
      SELF PICK-UP
      Please place your order online before coming and prior to your visit, kindly send us a message on Instagram so we can prepare your items.

       

      HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

      Standard Metro Manila: Within 3-5 business days
      Provincial: Please check J&T's shipping timeframe chart.
      Same Day Delivery Courier pick ups may be arranged between 1:30pm to 6pm, Mon-Sat
      Self Pick-up You may visit our HQ between 1:30pm to 6pm, Mon-Sat

      DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
      Yes we do! You may place an order thru this form and send us a message on Instagram at @charlotte__folk if you have questions.

        MY ITEM IS MISSING.
        For substantial orders, we typically divide the items into two or more parcels. As a result, your items may be shipped with multiple tracking numbers. This means you will receive separate parcels, possibly at different times and dates. If this isn't the case, please contact our Support team on Instagram.

            WHAT IS CHARLOTTE FOLK'S RETURN POLICY?  

            • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
            • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. 

             

            I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE/REFUND.

            • If you're looking to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, kindly lodge your return thru this form.
            • Upon receiving and inspection of your return, we will contact you about next steps. Once determined the return is in compliance with our policy, we will either:
              • (a) refund the price of the product returned to your original payment method;
              • (b) exchange the product for another size or colour, subject to availability. 
            • Please note that for this type of return, you are responsible for arranging a courier to return the item to us and covering the associated shipping costs.

            • We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality.
