Terms and Conditions

  • CF Gift Card is valid for 5 years from the time it was purchased.
  • Your gift card code is redeemable for one transaction only. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
  • Gift card code cannot be used with other promo codes. Gift cards are not transferable to cash. Gift cards are not refundable.

  • What amounts are available?
    •

    Charlotte Folk Gift Card is available in denominations of PHP 500, 1000, 3000, and 5000.

     

  • How will my gift card recipient receive his/her gift card code?
    •

    After payment has been confirmed, our system will automatically send the gift card code via the email you provided when you checked out. 

     

  • If I use my gift card code and I still have a balance, can I reuse it?
    •

    Unfortunately, any unused amount in the gift card will be forfeited. We suggest using the full amount in one order so you make the most out of it!

     

  • Can my order amount exceed the gift card value?
    •

    Yes, the gift card amount will be deducted on your sub-total. If your order exceeds the gift card value, you will only settle the exceeding amount.

     

  • Is the shipping fee also applicable to the gift card amount?
    •

    Yes, gift card value is applicable only to the standard shipping fee. (Not applicable for same-day delivery couriers)

     

  • Can I make my purchase using my gift card via Instagram DM?
    •

    For logistic reasons, all gift card transactions will be strictly done through our webstore www.charlottefolk.co only.

     

    HOW TO USE THE GIFT CARD (WEB)

    1. After receiving your UNIQUE GIFT CARD CODE, you may shop in our webstore.
    2. Proceed to Check Out and you will be directed to Customer Information Page with the Gift Card option on the right side.

    3. Enter your UNIQUE GIFT CARD CODE and click APPLY. Amount will be automatically deducted on your SUB-TOTAL (Shipping will be calculated at next step).

    4. Continue to Shipping and Payment pages with your new total amount and then Complete Order.

     

    HOW TO USE GIFT CARD (Mobile) 

    1. After receiving your UNIQUE GIFT CARD CODE, you may shop in our webstore then proceed to Check Out.

     

    2. Fill out Customer Information and Shipping pages then click Continue to Payment.

     

    3. On the Payments page, enter your UNIQUE GIFT CARD CODE and click APPLY. Amount will be automatically deducted on your TOTAL (Shipping fee included).

     

    4. Complete order.
