What is Charlotte Folk's return policy?  

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

No unboxing video, no return.

I want to return my item for an exchange/refund

If you're looking to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, kindly lodge your return thru this form.

Upon receiving and inspection of your return, we will contact you about next steps. Once determined the return is in compliance with our policy, we will either:
(a) refund the price of the product returned to your original payment method;

(b) exchange the product for another size or colour, subject to availability. 

Please note that for this type of return, you are responsible for arranging a courier to return the item to us and covering the associated shipping costs.

I need to return a faulty item

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please diligently fill out this form and make sure that you provide details of the fault – this will help our team thoroughly assess the issue and take the appropriate action. Kindly send us a message on Instagram at @charlotte__folk prior to sending the item back for further instructions.
