WHAT IS CHARLOTTE FOLK'S RETURN POLICY?  

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. 

 

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE/REFUND.

  • If you're looking to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, kindly lodge your return thru this form.
  • Upon receiving and inspection of your return, we will contact you about next steps. Once determined the return is in compliance with our policy, we will either:
    • (a) refund the price of the product returned to your original payment method;
    • (b) exchange the product for another size or colour, subject to availability. 
  • Please note that for this type of return, you are responsible for arranging a courier to return the item to us and covering the associated shipping costs.

 

I NEED TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM.

  • We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please diligently fill out this form and make sure that you provide details of the fault – this will help our team thoroughly assess the issue and take the appropriate action. Kindly send us a message on Instagram at @charlotte__folk prior to sending the item back for further instructions.
