WHAT IS CHARLOTTE FOLK'S RETURN POLICY?
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. 

     
    HOW DO I LODGE A RETURN?
    To send your items back to us you’ll need to initiate your return on your CHARLOTTE FOLK account.


    1. Log in to your account: Use the email address when you placed the order.
    2. Select your order: Click on the order you want to return.
    3. Request a Return: Click the 'Request Return' button.
    4. Choose a Reason: Select the reason for your return.
    5. Add Tracking Information: In the notes section, provide the tracking number of your return.

    For Change of Mind Returns:
    - Exchange: Specify the items you want to receive (design, color, size).
    - Refund: Indicate that you want a refund.

     

    I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE/REFUND.
    - Upon receiving and inspection of your return, we will contact you about next steps. Once determined the return is in compliance with our policy, we will either:

    • (a) refund the price of the product returned to your original payment method;
    • (b) exchange the product for another size or colour, subject to availability. 
      - Please note that for this type of return, you are responsible for arranging a courier to return the item to us and covering the associated shipping costs.

         

        I NEED TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM.
        We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please lodge a return online and make sure that you provide details of the fault in notes section – this will help our team thoroughly assess the issue and take the appropriate action.
