What shipping types do you have?


For Metro Manila, we have an in-house rider that takes care of your parcel's delivery.


For Provincial and some Metro Manila addresses (Navotas, Las Pinas, Valenzuela, Malabon, Caloocan), we use J&T Express.


We offer Same-Day delivery but this is only available for Metro Manila addresses. Although you will find this option available at checkout for free, please note that you are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of the courier service. Your order must be placed before 4pm. Booking schedule is between Monday to Saturday, 1:30pm to 5:30pm.


For Self Pick-up, you can visit our HQ between 1:30pm and 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday to collect your order. Please remember to place your order online before coming and prior to your visit, kindly send us a message on Instagram so we can prepare your items.

My item is missing 

For substantial orders, we typically divide the items into two or more parcels. As a result, your items may be shipped with multiple tracking numbers. This means you will receive separate parcels, possibly at different times and dates.

If this isn't the case, please complete this form, and our team will promptly assist you.

What is Charlotte Folk's return policy?  

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.

No unboxing video, no return.

 

I want to return my item for an exchange/refund

If you're looking to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, kindly lodge your return thru this form.

Upon receiving and inspection of your return, we will contact you about next steps. Once determined the return is in compliance with our policy, we will either:
(a) refund the price of the product returned to your original payment method;

(b) exchange the product for another size or colour, subject to availability. 


Please note that for this type of return, you are responsible for arranging a courier to return the item to us and covering the associated shipping costs.

 

I need to return a faulty item

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality.
