Can I change my timeslot?
No, sorry! Once you have filled out the form and received a copy of your response, we can no longer change the timeslot.
Is there a registration fee?
No. It's free!
Are walk-ins allowed?
Pre-registration is available exclusively during the 3-day Sample Sale. After the event, the shop will be open for walk-in visits.
Is there a purchase limit?
No limits!
Is there a shopping time limit?
You've got 2 hours to snag your fits!
Are regular items available for purchase?
No, but starting April 8 regular items will be available at the cafe.
Will there be packaging available
We encourage everyone to bring their own shopping bags, but don’t worry if you forget, we have paper bags and tote bags available for purchase!
What payment options are available?
We will only accept bank transfer (BPI/BDO) and Gcash. No cash payment.
Can I return a Sample Sale item for a refund or exchange?
No. Sample Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return to the shopping area after exiting?
No, re-entry is not allowed.
What happens if someone can’t make it to their reserved slot?
No worries! You can transfer your slot to a friend, just send us their details at least a day in advance.
